Ever since
2016, when I first obtained my lawyer’s license, I have been dedicated to
helping foreigners in Korea.
The most
common reason that many foreigners experience frustration with the Korean
system is the inability to communicate, because of either the language barrier,
or the different ways of thinking that stems from having a non-Korean societal,
cultural background.
As such, I
can say with confidence that I am one of the lawyers who are most suited to
providing legal service to foreigners. Not only am I able to communicate in
English on par with a highly educated native speaker, but I also have
experienced on countless occasions where conflict could have been avoided if
Koreans had understood that foreigners might not comprehend what Koreans take
for granted, or vice versa.
My office can
also provide service in French and Arabic,as I am probably the only Korean
lawyer with a Tunisian spouse, who has been working with me as a translator
since 2017. My wife and I maintain close relationships with many communities
from different nationalities.
I have
experience in helping clients in cases regarding asylum, immigration, criminal,
labor, marriage, and more. If you’re stuck in a situation where you have no
idea how to proceed, please don’t hesitate to contact me. The solution might be
simpler than you think.
